One of the better ihops I?ve been to for sure. The thing keeping it from 5 stars is the condition of the place. Some of the... booths were torn and it seems like it should be due for some deep cleaning. Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience with thefood and everything else involved. Read more
This goes for IHOP's virtual brand super mega dilla. If i could rate half a star, i wouldn't rate a whole star to begin with. I... spent 45 dlls on tortillas pretty much. I ordered a spicy superstar for 10 dlls that didn't have the ingredients on the ubereatsmenu. It didn't have serrano peppers, jalapeño relish, avocado and no poblano dipping sauce; It had a few sliced jalapeños,two or three cold slices of pepper jack cheese and grilled onions. I also got the onion rumble for 9 dlls, it had two mashed uponion rings, two slices of cold cheese and grilled onions and of course no sour cream dipping sauce. I ordered 6 cheese stickswith peperoni ranch, the order came with 4 sticks only and again, no dipping sauce. And because i was already disapointed, inoticed the 4 dll fries weren't golden shoe string fries, they were steak fries and they were soggy and soft. Presentation forall dishes was poor, temperature was off, overall a waste of money, it would have been a similar experience if i had gottenflour tortillas out of the fridge and slap some grilled onions on them. Worse place ever. The amount of scramble egg is too little for 2 eggs. Didn't get the strawberries even though I paid extra for... it. Waited longer than the pickup time. Had to come inside for curbside. No one picked up the phone. The employees were so rude. Read more
I ordered for curbside they took 30 minutes to bring my order out. I ordered New York cheesecake pancakes and received plain... pancakes no strawberries or whip cream. Also ordered strawberry banana French toast and got French toast with no strawberries.Over all I wasn?t satisfied with my order. I had to stop by Walmart to buy syrup because they didn?t give me any syrup to gowith my order!!! Read more
Placed an order for curbside pick up at 09:38, for 0956 pick up. $41 order. It's 1035. No order, no food, no timelime as to when... it will be ready. Customer service is the issue here. Playing on their phones saying we don't have cooks so you will have towait. Yet you have no problem setting a 15 top and getting them their food. I'm normally understanding and if you guys had anounce of customer service it wouldn't have been an issue. Read more
