Read the reviews and read what is common. And yes those are facts. Service took FOREVER..Waited approximately1 1/2 hours for our... food. 1 server was working. Food looked good but tasted okay. Refills are non existent. To top it off it was for a birthdayparty. Read more
Took the family here to eat. The reason for 3 stars is the waitress we had she wasn’t paying no attention to us. So took our... drinks and the wife asked for water no ice waitress gave water with ice, so I told her she wanted water no ice. We had to remindher when she brought out the food and then wife needed an refill we had to ask another waitress for a refill a to go box and thecheck. The place wasn’t full she should of paid more attention we did not leave a tip for her. The food was awesome Read more

This is the second time my family and I visited this place. Last time they ignored us didn’t seat us so we decided to leave.... My family and I decided to give them a second chance, waited for 35 minutes and not a single waiter or waitress came to check onus after we were seated… no drinks or waters nothing. The surround tables were constantly getting serviced but they would walkright past us. I tried getting the attention of waiters but nothing. We decided to just get up and leave. Absolutelyridiculous! If you’re going to charge $15+ a plate at least have the service to match. You try to support local but next timeI’d rather stop at a Taco Bell then be subjected to a place that tries to be better than what it actually is. Read more

Boy has this place gone down. Years back this used to be gem which I had reviewed. Now, it stands alone in its last limping... moments. Upon entering the parking lot you notice the lack of maintenance. Overgrown weeds, beer bottles lying around, trashall over. Not a good way to enter such place. The main doors have hinges hanging as a hazard and looks poorly maintained. Theceiling is practically falling apart which is not up to code. If they can’t maintain a good ceiling and is in the view of thepublic and customers, just imagine how the kitchen looks like. Once we order our food, we received it within ten minutes whichis not a good sign of freshness. The plates were boiling hot, however the food itself was cold to the touch. The beans tastedlike canned food and the rice was saltier than the rock salt flats at Bonneville Salt Park. The enchiladas with cheese lookedpromising yet it lacked flavor in every aspect possible. It’s simply tasted like water down tomato sauce drenched with oil. It is without a doubt that this food is prepared days before and just reheated. They also charge a 3% up charge for using acredit card. Obviously payed cash to avoid an up charge for terrible food and service. This is not the Forti’s that I usedto know, it lacks attention and unfortunately if their bad service continues it will perish in the food service industry. Read more
