If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I came here at around 2 pm today and had a terrible experience. The lady at... the counter with dark brown hair didn?t greet us when we walked in or assist us in any way. This was our first time visitingEinsteins and we had no clue what kind spreads are provided for customers. We asked her and she looked at us like we were stupidand pointed at the tiny sign on the counter. After we ordered the young lady disappeared the young man preparing our order wasjust as rude as her. He gave us our bagels and walked into the back. we ordered three bagels and were provided with 1 spread. Westood there for a good ten minutes trying to get someone to come to the front to help us. We repeatedly said excuse me can youhelp us and no one came. In the back you could hear them playing some kind of unwelcoming rap music. When the young lady finallycame to the front she was wearing gloves like she was cleaning the bathroom or something. She was also wearing earbuds which isprobably why she couldn?t hear us calling for assistance. She took the gloves she was wearing off., didn?t even wash her handsand made us more spreads for our bagels . Very bad experience especially for a first visit . Disappointing since the food is sogood , we won?t be returning to this location again. Read more
The place is super dirty. All the tables needed wiping down. The counter where the tea is located was totally discusting. I... watched 2 employees walk over and didn't try to get a rag and wipe anything down. Food is good but super lazy employees. Read more
Never been here before. Yesterday was the first time. The young lady at the counter was rude. Didn?t greet us just asked what... we?d like. No smile, no thank you. She even had the audacity to correct my mother when she ordered her chai latte. The entirerestaurant was filthy and the trash can was overfilled. The bagels were good but, I would have liked if they would have beenbeen more toasted and the cream cheese was on the side. First time and my last time here. Read more
1st time here. Great food and I love their garden spread! They bake their own bagels.
I tried the green chili bagel for breakfast with an egg, bacon and cheese and I will say that it would have been better had I... selected another bagel. The green chili creates moisture and makes the bagel moist, so it was not appetizing. The rest of thebagel was good and I would return again to try another selection. Read more
The green Chile bagels are are one of the best bagels I ever tasted. Every bagel I tasted is solid. Their caribou cold press... (brew) is full bodied but very smooth. One of the best I cold brews commercially available. Definitely recommend getting it ifyou want coffee. Read more
