This rating is not for service or quality of drinks, but of how DB treats their employees. DB actually had employees standing in... the sun with out any cover taking orders. Don't know if the honchos at DB know, but El Paso heat is no joke and not taking stepsto help their employees working in the sun is unethical. Read more
The girls that took my order were super sweet. I ordered a pomegranate & banana Dutch Frost. When I pull up to the window the... guy handed me a brown drink and I told him I don't think it's my order so I repeated my order. And he told me it is but for somereason they added chocolate. Very friendly, enthusiastic, and hard working staff. My brief interactions with the guy who took my order and the gal who gave... me my drink were very pleasant. Such a great selection of drinks! Dutch Bros isn't going to take over Starbucks but coulddefinitely eat into their market. Their specialty drinks makes it seem like they are aiming to please adults who know it's notright to go get ice cream but feel great getting an equally decadent she fanciful treat disguised as a coffee drink. Ordered an iced Annihilator, it was pretty good and has the lowest calories aside from a black coffee. The people at the window... are so chippy and cheery. By using the app, I got a free coffee of choice for my birthday and the girl at the window "decorated"my cup with edible confetti. It was super cute, unexpected, and very appreciated.
