Great place although it?s not for in store, the drinks are good and place is pretty fast. There is a window for to go but mostly... is operated by drive thru. Not to crazy about the coffee or drinks as many people are hyper for it but it?s nice to have a newbrand around. There?s not much difference of any other coffee or drink place. The lines are a bit long, but so worth the wait. Guest service is great love the energy of the staff. Management is phenomenal.... We are officially regulars now. We visit about 4 times a week and it has never failed us. Golden Eagle iced or whipped, pictureperfect, white chocolate chai tea are a few of our favorites. Read more

Great hot coffee, unique cold brews, smoothies, frosts, tea, chai, lemonade, soda, and amazing freeze blended drinks. Dutch Bros... is a unique and fresh alternative to other coffee chains with a wide variety of very good drinks. Service is excellent andeverything I've ordered has been great so far! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to guide you through the menuor app process if you are new to Dutch Bros Coffee. They will also offer suggestions if you're familiar with Dutch Brothers butlooking to try something new. I was very excited to see this location open in East El Paso. I recommend downloading the DutchBros app! It makes payment easy and having access to the drink menu before arriving is very helpful. The Dutch Bros loyaltyprogram and points system are also worth joining which allows you to collect unique app stickers and build points towards freedrinks quickly. So happy to have a Dutch Bros here, as I visit often. It?s just always super busy. It took just under an hour to get our order.... Pulled up at 9:08 pm, placed order at 9:35 pm, and received order at 10:00 pm. Employees were friendly. Drinks were amazing! Mynew favorite is the Day Dream Rebel. Yum!!! Read more
well had a bad experience order like 5 drinks and my kids order the not to hot. and got pure hot milk. called costumer service... they were able to help me but couldnt returned to the place because i was running late they guarantee your drinks but hope theyget better. i know its always pack they ask for tips . before the drinks are given out . so u expect the best. I waited in line for 30 minutes to get my order. The staff was very friendly. However, this is not how I expected my drinks to... taste. They were not amazing. They were bland and lacked flavor. My vanilla late and chai tasted like free continental breakfastcoffee. Starbucks and global coffee are still better. I would rather drink my homemade Chai, and homemade coffee.
