Bad experience today. I waited 3 minutes and no acknowledgment at the drive-thru order menu, dead air. I proceeded to drive up... and 2 individuals with headsets looked at me and ignored me, I waited another 3 minutes and still no acknowledgment. I nicelyasked in a raised voice "Are you guys taking orders today?" My order was taken and they forgot my large coffee and waitedanother minute. This is the 3rd Sunday displaying this behavior. Next time I'll just go inside, they probably think it's rudeto order via drive thru on Holy Day. Sundays are my only days off and I'm too exhausted to give anyone an attitude. On a Saturday morning (9:45 AM) the establishment did not have donuts. Cashier was courteous but the rest of the staff had zero... customer service skills. I ordered 2 large coffes, munchkins and a donut. When given my order they did not offer me a drinkcarrier or the creamers and sugars I had requested. There was a box of creamers on the counter that I assumed was a self serve.I would have expected a little more attention for $10 coffees. Read more

Asked for receipt after paying cash, and they don't give receipts but they will take a picture of the register with your phone... ???? I ordered 2 dozens of donuts and 2 lg hot holiday blend coffees with sugar and cream. They filled up like 75% of the cupwith regular coffee, no sugar or cream. Read more
