They are always out of doughnuts! I went at 7 pm knowing that they close at 10 pm and they didn't have any more doughnuts:/ I... asked how long the wait and they were not going to bake more. Also, cashiers are always so rude! I dont understand how they canhire these people, like being rude is a must to get to work there. Hi Everyone, I just came from having breakfast at Dunkin Donuts on 655A Redd rd. I had a wonderful experience. Both my husband... and I went in sat at a table and had breakfast. We must have been there about 1 hr. watching the people go in and out. The placeis so clean, the service is fast, the employees are all in good spirits. They also make you feel welcomed. Food is warm,delicious, and even the people walked out with a smile on their face. People were also enjoying breakfast outside, the weatherwas a beautiful morning for this. This is the second time we visit this location, and I have to say it is by far the bestservice and location. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for making this a great morning for us! Read more
I like to stop by in the mornings and pick up some donuts for our morning meetings at work, but this place seems to open... whenever they feel like it. Night crew makes the drinks better than day crew by far, morning crew is always rushing to push the drinks out causing too many... errors and or mistakes on orders. Specialty drinks taste sub par. Read more
Really wonderful staff. The gentleman that took my order was super friendly and on top of it. Then after I got the food, I... realized only one of the donuts was the chocolate glaze my son liked. Id asked for 6 chocolate iced and didn?t realize that wasdifferent than the glazed. It was my mistake and the lady was so kind and gave me six chocolate glazed on top of what they hadalready given me and would not let me pay extra for it. Super super nice since that was totally my bad. Really great food allaround too! Read more
Donuts are getting smaller every year and they did not taste fresh more like 1 day old donuts.
