Went an hour before closing on 11/4/22, & they closed the lobby. Went through the drive thru and was greeted by the manager on... duty with horrible customer service. They had ?no doughnuts? and weren?t serving ?food items anymore.? I used to work at Dunkin?and I know for a fact the lobby isn?t supposed to be closed till closing time, and food items are just warmed up in an oven sothey could have easily just warmed it. Drive thru - 3rd time I have gone in the morning and they are always out of something I ask for..why is it even on the menu!?... Had Maple Bacon Sandwich and was gross! and had no bacon flavor at all. Taste of regular donut...no tasty sweet flavor, justdoughy 3 strikes your out. I won't be going back here....maybe try another elsewhere. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. VERY disappointed. I came in and wanted to use my online coupon which I read the fine... print. AS I was scanning my coupon a nice Indian man tried helping me scan my barcode, the manager on the shift rudlyinterrupted ONLY ONE ITEM FOR THAT COUPON! As if I wasn't literate. The cashier smiled and kindly continued to help with myorder which I still purchased with my own money. I CONTIUED to order through the app and and had the receipt on my cell phone. My oder was finally ready and when I went to get my paid order the teenage worker asked for my name like I was stealing my PAIDFOR items smh. I proceeded to tell him I ordered online and have my receipt with my name on it. I literally picked up my orderand showed him it had my NAME BRANDDY SMH. Let me start by saying they forgot to give us part of our order and we waited for a good 15 minutes. We started getting upset... since other people would get their orders within minutes. My friend was about to go full ?karen? on them while she spoke to themanger. The manager was very surprised and apologetic about the situation. He gave us the missing items within 2 min andcontinued to apologize about the situation. We will definitely come back as they provided outstanding customer service. Wish I could give zero stars! They completely screwed up my order. Called store and spoke with manager Michelle she said they?ve... been busy which is why they screwed up my order. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Got maybe someone else?s order or whatever they choose to giveus because i got junk i didn?t order. They have one job to do and they can?t even do that correct when i ordered online and theyhad ample time to get the order ready. I asked to speak with there general manager Veronica but was told she?s not there untilTuesday or Wednesday maybe!! Staff can?t give me her number to call her for a refund because they aren?t allowed. What a JOKE!!!A refund is the right thing to do since i didn?t get what i ordered but they won?t. You can always go get a beg of donuts. Breakfast is good but service is really bad.
