They're Iced chai latte was absolutely incredible! the flavor and spice were amazing!! I even looked at the Halloween donuts I... couldn't afford one so I didn't get one, but they looked really nice!! and cute I hope I can get one next time with another icedchai latte! The atmosphere was very nice quiet and a good place to sit and relax for a while! Music was good in the backgroundfelt like a nice little cafe! Thank you very much I look forward to going back! they did get the order wrong since I wanted ahot instead of iced, but I didn't specify so they gave me ice I didn't care considering it was still hot outside and I had towalked over there and the ice chai tasted amazing!! so I made it happy circumstance and enjoyed. I?ve been here a couple of times and each time Ive always have an issue with my order. They always have me wait out front and... then they forget about my order and have me waiting for like 15 minutes or more. And the donuts sometimes taste stale. I?mgoing to krispy crème from now on. Read more
Today this morning at 10:15 I was extremely disrespected because I held up the line for a minute. All working mangers that... morning including Natalie,kiloni,and a gentleman whom is tall with glasses when very mean and rude they did not want to give memy coffee nor serve me. Ordered 2 large hot lattes on the mobile app and when my employee returned to the office, she had 2 large iced lattes. She had... no idea what we had ordered and assumed that they were correct. The label on each drink says Lg Hot Orig Latte with each drinksadditions listed below. I called the store 3-4 times and never got an answer. If their own label says ?Hot?, you?d think one oftheir staff members would notice. Read more

Yamilet was an absolute joy to work with. I had called representing our schools PTA and asked if they would be interested in... donating donuts for our staff appreciate breakfast and she immediately said yes! The lady at the drive thru had a terrible attitude tonight (5:20ish). I asked for a latte and she said they were out. I usually... don't get hot drinks so I asked her what a cappuccino was instead and she said its the same thing in a huffy tone. But clearlyit's not if its called by something else... she finally said it was milk and espresso but one had more foam and all for that tosay they didn't have any! And so I asked, ok..what hot drinks do you have? She replied Americano but honestly why not mentionthat when someone pulls up and tries to order? Could have saved the whole interaction.
