I order from this dominos since I moved here to the area I used to have a 5 star rating for this location. Not after tonight, I... ordered a jalapeño cheese bread, pizza, brownie/cookie. once i got my pizza it was cold and was made fun of for being mad I waslabeled ?hangry? I was honest and answered truthfully ?I?m pi55ed off I haven?t ate all day?. The bad experience didn?t stopthere, I went inside to find no jalapeños on the cheesy bread when I called about it they stated ?I made it and it definitelyhad jalapeños in it that?s why we put a jalapeño on top so that in case there are many cheese breads we know which one iswhich? why would I call or complain about an accurate order? He was obviously calling me a liar ?no I?m not calling you a liarjust I made your order and there was jalapeños in there? I?m not sure why you would argue with me about it being wrong? I?venever called before, I?ve never complained before. I even order online so I won?t have to speak to anyone. If someone calls tocomplain listen apologize ,solve and thank. A lot of grease on the rim that soaked through the box. I checked a box NOT to have garlicky oil brushed on the crust. I payed... for a pizza with extra cheese and there was barely any at all Read more
Good food just under staffed. You will get your order a little late but these guys are trying.
Ordered at 7:07, came out the oven and quality check was 7:18, driver didn?t leave until 8:17. I received my order 1 1/2 hours... later, food was cold and to top it off?..I didn?t get the wings I ordered. They took it upon themselves to change my wing orderon their own. Last time I checked Buffalo chicken pizza usually includes Buffalo sauce on the pizza. Also I generally like it not burned.
Went Saturday 25th at around 10 p.m. after a downtown event. We went to this location because it was closest to us and I wanted... to redeem my free pizza. Going inside, the guy was walking around, then dealt with the lady in front of me. I wanted to askwhere the bathroom was/if it was open to the public but he kept walking around doing nothing, not even looking up at me so Icould ask. Then the woman cutting up the latest looked up with the dumbest confused look on her face and asked, "Is thismarinara??" and they didn't even know if it was or what pizza she was working on. Then after finally deciding it was, he asksfor my name for pick up. As I tell him and I'm going to pay since I upgraded for three dollars he's playing with his phone, andI realized he's using the same gloves for everything. I should have checked the pizza. Nearly no sauce, crust is horrible and itwasn't even properly cut all the way through and we had to cut/rip it ourselves. Register guy clearly has no social skills anddoesn't want to be there and the woman with him clearly needs more training. They also didn't have their masks properly on.They both had their noses sticking out. Edit: The general manager reached out to me since I left a review through the site too.He was very kind and explained the last manager, in simple terms, left him alot of issues to fix and work with. He said he'dhave a meeting with the staff to correct them and he'll weed out the bad eggs. He credited my number a free pizza and dessert(have yet to redeem) to make up for the day. I suppose if I had to, I'd give this location a chance. Hopefully the new manageractually fixes the staffing issues. Read more
Super fast pizza for carryout. Most of the time, I order carryout Pizza from this Domino's. Variety of toppings with low prices... are the specialty for Domino's. They always have coupons for large 3 toppings pizza, which is $7.99, still cheaper than otherPizza shops here in El Paso. I gave the two star less cause most of the time, they are out of napkins/plates; even for bottleddrinks, they don't give cups. But overall fast service, that's why I recommend this Domino's Pizza. The manager just wants to argue about the amount of times they attempted on calling me before canceling my order which was a... total of one. I order online so I don?t have to hear a whiny voice not to mention over a few times a mth from this samelocation.
