Order 2 pizzas and a salad on line. When I got there at the time assigned, one of my pizzas was missing. They had to remake it... while the other pizza sat under a heat lamp. After about 10 minutes, I asked if my other pizza was the one under the heat lamp.When they said yes, I frowned. They asked me if I wanted them to also remake that pizza. I used to love this Dominos! Been coming here since I was a child! But today I decided to order for my family. They never... answered their phone! So I ordered online. Once I picked it up they took forever to have our pizza. Once I got home I noticedthey forgot a pizza. So I came back for it and they said they had to do it all over . So I?m waiting now but although Iunderstand how things are now with places needing more employees and whatnot, one thing that I completely not agree with is thephone ringing and ringing as I?m sitting here waiting. Employees walking around and literally no one picks up. Not to mention,there?s no one inside to keep them busy from answering. When I had called earlier, they even hung up on me. As I walked in, acustomer was complaining about the same issue. I see the cashier talking to a customer about none sense instead of answering.See I can understand you taking long on pizza, even forgetting my order but not answering when I can clearly see you can tellsme you all lack customer service skills. Service is usually great, always order from here when I?m on this side of town. I used my free pizza coupon, upgraded to a large... pizza: amazing. Added a 2lt DP and Parmesan bites for a grand total of $10.99: awesome. But when I got home, my parm biteslooked and tasted more like Pan Blanco. They forgot the butter and the Parmesan part.. This is the second time ordering pizza from this location and the pizza seems as if it?s not baked all the way the dough seems... way to soggy, not to mention the pizza not being cut properly to where when getting a slice it rips because it ain?t cut all theway.
