Went here on Veterans Day. Food was ok. What I like more was the service. These people were working their bums off but didn't... have bad attitudes (that I could see) and were very friendly and courteous. There's no way I could handle that many people on aday like today. Great job staff. Read more
My old review gave this particular Dennys a high 4 stars. Sadly, that has changed for the worse. It was my birthday and my... wife and I stopped in for the free double grand slam. I was given two leathery eggs, 1 pice of paper thin bacon, 1piece ofsausage and two pancakes without any syrup. Coffee, toast and hashbrowns were, of course, extra. My wife had the ChickenSkillet. While we were there the place was empty. Only one family besides ourselves was there, so the extremely poor servicecan not be blamed on being too busy or COVID. I had to ask the girl cleaning the floor for syrup and refills on our drinks. When it came time to pay our waitress operated the register and shorted my wife seven dollars in change, it required the storemanager to provide the correct change. Good food, awful service. The manager refused to help the staff. We knew the waiters were busy and he was walking around so we... asked him for help and instead of actually helping us he went and told the waiters. Good businesses start with a good managerwho doesn't let their employees struggle while they watch. Read more
When my family and I came in we noticed it was pretty dead. We were the only customers in there for about 20 min. Then there was... only one other couple there eating the entire time we were there. The waitress seated us and came back a few min later to takeour drink order. After being there about 25 min she came back out for our food order. They messed up two of our orders. When shebrought the food out I notified her right away that my food substitute was wrong. I just asked for hashbrowns instead of fries.She apologized and said she would fix it right away.... and that was it. We never saw her again. The correction was never madeand refills for drinks stopped coming. Waitress was really nice and welcoming and she was the only one working... but there wereonly two tables being occupied so we didn't really understand why the actual service was so poor. I would like to say our server was amazing ,friendly. Even though she forgot my toast until I brought it up . The food was... satisfactory ,but the toast looked like something I could?ve made at home . Looks like they used some cheap old bread they weresaving for the zombie apocalypse and slapped it on my plate. Read more
Worst meal at a Denny's, EVER! USUALLY, the southwest skillet is great and pancakes. But this visit EVERYTHING WAS BURNT AND... TASTED BURNT ALL THE WAY AROUND. (See pic) What's going on with this place? The Health Department really need to stepin. Also, teach staff about etiquette and professionalism. Waitresses don't say "baby" to customers (period). 2 years into COVID and most places are still affected. A lot of doordash/online orders come through here. You're better off... getting it here if you're able. From the few times and with what others have said, there seems to be just one server and thekitchen staff here. Not sure if the manager is working the line or otherwise. Not busy in most evenings but expect a bit slowerservice because its just one server. She works hard, and she has to do just about everything (host, serve, bus tables, smallprep) but cook. Despite everything I had good experiences! Its a Denny's and the food quality hasn't wained in the last fewyears. Portions seem a bit smaller than I remember but I'm also used to a different region for Denny's. Got what I wanted,place was clean, calm, and food was tasty. Read more
Can't go wrong, especially if you're going for a quick tasty breakfast. The staff here is excellent. They are very accommodating... and respectful. Free breakfast on Veterans Day and even in the midst of tons of Veterans packed in the establishment, theystill delivered. You guys are the true heros for serving America's finest.
