I recently visited this location to order breakfast which was received in a timely manner. The service provided by the waitress... was good but my meal was served cold. I asked to speak to the Manager to inform her of my concerns, but she was more interestedin telling me why my issue couldn't be addressed. Her explanations started from the heater over the plates at the kitchen hadto be turned off because the cooks would get too hot and they wouldn't be comfortable; Secondly, the A/C had to be set at acertain temperature to provide a comfortable environment for all patrons when eating... I recommended the use of plate warmers,but she immediately dispelled my request stating that she didn't feel she had enough space in her facility to accommodate theseitems. I absolutely love this specific Denny's location. Their staff is amazing! The cooks are the best!! I have been to other... locations and this one far outweigh any other. Special kudos to Meghan.. outstanding waitress. Always a smile and herhospitality is the best. We have a large family and this staff never hesitate to accommodate us. And always with a smile. We were Finally able to get the server we liked a lot, Skye Blue. She works the morning shift now. Every time we came to this... Denny's, it was usually after 2:00pm and Skye didn't come in until the evening. So we're glad that she's working the morningshift now. And, Tony, the GM seeing us come in and sitting us down immediately, all I can say is Wow, what a great team! Skye Bleau, our server always give us great customer service, beautiful attitude and a beautiful heart. Someone that will always... give that extra kind hearted service. We wished that all servers were like Skye! We live in Horizon City, going to the Denny'sin Horizon, we have had really bad service in Horizon, which led us to go to another Denny's. We even tried the Denny's onAirways and that was the worse service that we have ever had! I'm glad that we continue to go to the Denny's on Dyer. We prefer the location on Dyer... because they provide an atmosphere that makes us safe and comfortable. During this COVID 19... situation when we go in to food service locations, if front line people are not masked, most of the time back line people aren'tmasked. So hats off to Denny's on Dyer! This morning my partner and I had the distinct pleasure of having our breakfast ar Dennys restaurant on dyer Street in El Paso... TX. Anthony the manager actually opened the door for as we were coming into the restaurant. What a treat. He is most cordial andenjoyable to be around. He made us feel as though we were part if his family. Diane was our waitress. Again cordial and charmingand a pleasure to have her as our waitress. We have noticed a considerable difference in the staff morale since Anthony has beenhere. The attitude is much more pleasant and home like. We hope that Anthony stays a long time here.
