HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. UNABLE TO MANAGE SEATING FOR 6. THEY SAID IT WAS A TWENTY MIN. WAIT AND WE WERE NEXT, WE WAITED... FOR OVER AN HR. THEY SAT LIKE 30 PEOPLE AHEAD OF US AND STILL KEPT TELLING US WE WERE NEXT. BE UPFRONT ABOUT THE WAITTIME!!! NEVER AGAIN. WE'LL JUST STICK TO THE WESTSIDE LOCATION. It is a new restaurant, and it looks very nice. Some of the staff were obviously new, but overall, it was very pleasant.

It's a new location but for as many managers that were there it was slow. Store set up is small and ergonomics are all wrong.... Flow isn't working. After our predicted wait, they called us to the host desk, then we stood there for 15 more minutes waitingon a server. Don't bring us forward till its time. I don't like standing in one spot for that long. Food was bland, very smallportions, and pancakes were dry. Also no military discount like a lot of Cracker Barrels. Not a good start! Read more

I picked up 6 separate orders for my workplace totaling over $200 on their second day of business. I was SO impressed with the... customer service from Rosie, Lynn, Jessica and Aly while picking up my order. The consistent communication and sense of urgencytruly gave a wonderful sense of hospitality! Everyone loved their food and the orders were put together perfectly! We will beback and are SO excited to have Cracker Barrel on this side of town! Read more

Soooo me and my fiancé couldn't wait to try our new local Cracker Barrel! There were some pros and cons... pros : food was good... and the store was clean. Cons, we had no server and we were just getting traded off by 4 different servers. And the first ladythat took our order said " has anyone came up to y'all?" And I said no and she said " okay what do y'all want to drink?" No hihow are you? Nothing and then she forgot our appetizer... and that's when all the other servers started to rolling in... andthen she kept telling us to wait , when we were ordering because the system was down on the iPad that she was taking our orderson.. I almost wanted to say, use your pen and paper in your apron ? But like I said pros , food was good and the store wasclean. I'm giving 3 stars because I really want to see this place succeed.
