I tend to give this Coldstone location the benefit of the doubt. We have finally concluded management/owners do not care. It... has been multiple times at this location of how filthy it is, and employee don?t care an ounce to clean up. They have nocustomer service. Windows, tables, bathroom, floors and not to mention when the employee dropped the ice cream scooper on thefloor, picked it up ?..scooped ice cream for the next customer. Shame on all of you!! new worker just stood there when i told her i wanted the surrender to strawberry ice cream as if she was on drugs or something... not even kidding. She took 10 minutes to make me and my moms ice cream and we were the only customers in the store. my moms icecream was melted before we even got to pay. Very disappointing experience. Read more
