The two girls working there may have issues going on or just don't care. Messed up both orders after telling them three times.... Then did nothing to fix. No refund or offer to fix the problem. Came in at 9, ice cream is always good only thing that was bothering me. A girl was touching her mask and picking up her pants... handling money and not once did I see her wash her hands. The guy also handling money and not once did I see him wash his handsor put on gloves. Both continued to handle ice cream without gloves. Read more
Went to cold stone in Zaragoza 1pm no crowd, one person ahead of me. There were 2 workers. I was not greater and one employee... was on the phone and had a glove in his hand. I stood there for a good few minute was walked by several times. Rude!!!! tried to take my kids for a treat, Victoria and about 5 other girls behind the counter looked like they were so... bothered to take our order, spoken to very rudely, disgusted, tried not to make a scene in front of my kids but I was BURNINGinside!!! paid walked out tossed it in the trash and went to Baskin Ribbons greeted nicely and it was a nice experience for mykids, really if you hate your job leave! there are plenty of people that would be happy to have it!
