This Cinemark was clean, looked to be well kept up. The theater room was also ready by the time we arrived, the seats were clean... no popcorn or spills great job guy! We?ve been going to this movie theater since it opened back in 1997. We?ve never had any issues before tonight. Long story... short, the assistant manager ?Hernandez?, whom has no customer service skills, verbally insults me and even though he wascompletely in the wrong, my son and I were escorted off the property by police officers for standing up for myself. I finallywas able to speak with the general manager, Ms Jensen, which didn?t matter. She was condescending and her facial expressionswere showing a ?whatever? type attitude. My complaint went in one ear and out the other. She did refund our money but the ourfamily night was ruined. Save your money and stay home. Read more
We went to see a movie recently called Patterns of Evidence- Mount Sinai. The theater itself was very nice, but they forgot to... start the movie on time. They started the movie 15 min. into the movie so we were unable to see the beginning of the show. Read more
Like many people now a days I don't frequent movie theaters but when I do visit them I try to enjoy my experience. The movie... that we saw here was amazing, but the theater experience was lacking, the place was dirty, the food from the kitchen they havewas incredibly high in calories and overall not great tasting. Service was what you expect out of a movie theater. When we gotto our seats we noticed that there was soda spills on them, had to clean it ourselves. Bathrooms where also quite dirty withsome stalls out of order. Overall it was an okay experience, it's what you would expect, nothing out of the ordinary. Some moremaintenance to the theater would be much appreciated. Positives are comfortable seats and an inhouse arcade that helps the waittimes feel shorter. Read more
They are still not offering combos And there is still no refills. It seems they add or upgraded on gaming selection. Went to see... Black Phone for 9/3 day. Pretty good film. They also offer a new Platinum membership for Cinemark. Read more
I had the greatest experience with this cinema. The lobby and overall presentation of the building was welcoming. Rachel was... the first employee we interacted with, and each time we called regarding our troublesome situation she greeted us and activelylistened, every single time. Then the manager, Ms. Urbina excelled at caring for the costumer. She is a great listener and washands on working towards solving our situation. Read more
Usually come here and have a pleasant experience with the family. You can't beat watching a movie on loungers. This location is... for sure better than the one on Montana. I'm also glad to see the movie theaters are starting to get more traffic. Last visitwas for Dr. Strange. It's amazing how audio can really ruin a movie. We were in 13. The audio was terrible. At times you wouldloose audio effects and the bass was non existent. It was disappointing. I did inform one of the workers there and they seemedto be responsive but nothing changed. I'm not an audio person but can certainly tell something was not right. Will still visitthough since we are committed with their movie pass. Read more
Horrible experience. On 11/20/2022 at about 850pm, this location experienced terminal problems. The issue is not the problem... that occurred which was no transactions could be made. But we waited in the concession line for 40 minutes w no communicationon the resolution to the issue. We missed half the movie and our only option was to get a refund not even a apology from themanagement. We had to go to a different Cinemark theatre because this location chose not to offer at least a solution to thisproblem. We insisted on staying butt they did not want to look into other solutions. Basically paying twice because refundstake 3 days to process. Wasted our time, gas, and was just a huge inconvenience. Cinemark is a great company, and I plan tocontinue to watch movies at their venues, but the management at this location is not a good look, one star at best. Read more
