Showed up at what pizza establishments would call rush hour. Not at sad little cici's though; it was as dead as a Joe Biden... rally. When I saw that they had introduced wings into the menu I was estatic to try this never before experienced menu item. Idevowered my pizza an enjoyed it as usual. As I took my very last bite about 40 minutes after starting I realized I had neverreceived my wings. I proceeded to walk to the front counter and requested I receive a refund for the wings only. I was receivedwith ugly looks by a handful of teenage employees who took my request as some sort of personal insult. Nonetheless I got mymoney back. Coming from the pizza industry myself I would like to see Cici's consider putting adults in charge to run theirestablishment. Every single employee was under the age of 19. It made me feel like I was at a homecoming game in highschoolagain. They practically had a sign outside that said " No Adults allowed to work here". Cici's I know your struggling but pleaseconsider having someone above the age of 21 running your soon to be extinct establishment. The employees seemed to be moreconcentrated on Drake's and 21 Savages new mix tape rather than pay attention of the needs of their customers. -Chucoblanco. Read more
My wife and I went to eat there for dinner they had a large variety of pizzas, pastries, soup and pasta, a great salad bar which... I enjoyed the most so did my wife, we had a great time ???? Read more
Ladies that work there are rude and have an ugly dog face when you ask them why is there no soup. They are lazy and didn't want... to make more. I would not recommend this place. Little Cesar's drive thru would have better service Read more
The pizza is decent, deserts are good, love the salad bar. They do have the option to have your own pizza made the way you like... it at no additional charge which is cool. They do seem to be constantly cleaning which is also a plus. The only reason I gave 4stars is they do need to remodel. Game area is a bit ancient and the bathrooms are clean. Read more
We dined from the buffet.There is a salad area, a pasta area, a pizza area with a very large selection of both meat & vegan... varieties, & a good selection of baked deserts. The food is not great, but it is good & filling for a low cost treat from havingto cook for yourself. Read more
My family and I love this place. I would have given 5 stars if the promotion for the $3.99 buffet ran on Fridays as well as... Monday-Thursday but it doesn't. The food was fresh and the staff kept up with the availability and freshness. They also camearound multiple times to clean off the dirty plates and kept a clean space. The food was delicious ????. Pretty dissatisfied. The staff is really young and put very little effort on even acknowledging the clients; no greetings. The... food quality and quantity has definitely dropped . The pasta was well undercooked and the place dirty . I went with my wholefamily and honestly we loved Cici?s before but this time, we just kind of bit the food here and there ? but it wasn?t reallyworth the calories. :( Read more
