Ordered thru drive-thru 8 pcs mixed meal for $20.56, thought I would get 2 of each; wings, breast, thighs, and legs. When I got... home it was 1 wing, 2 legs, and five thighs, mostly dark meat the cheaper one. They are pretty sneaky, charge you for one thing,give you another. Read more
We were in the mood for fried chicken and visited the location on Clark & Alameda. Drive-thru line was long so my husband opted... to walk in to order take out. It wasn't hot out so I stayed in the car with the kids. He was gone only 10 minutes! Fastest we'vegotten take out when getting down to order. Chicken was nice and hot still when we got home, fries and jalapeño poppers werealso hot (though I still say Church's need to come up with a "family size" on their sides). Worst Church's ever! Never gets our order right. The person Jazmin taking our order is rude when corrected. Juan the guy taking... the payment apologizes. There are no biscuits and will take over AN HOUR to make. We wait 15 mins for the white meat. When weget the order it is STILL WRONG. Wrong chicken tenders, 2 piece not 3 piece white meat. We return the food and have to waitANOTHER 10 mins. No supervisor on site. Have to wait until tomorrow to call for Angelica. Read more
Knowing the staff at this restaurant work their tails off to give you a good experience and it shows with the quality of the... food, chicken is always fresh hot and delicious! But more importantly the service is always kind courteous and efficient. Theonly time it was a little longer was when they only had one or two people in the back due to I'm sure a life event or somethinghappening. I really wish I could give this place more stars! Read more
