The food was very good. Really liked it, but the place was old and kinda messy. Not really a very comfortable place to go and... have lunch. They should focus more on cleanliness and it might be a good idea to renovate it. Read more

I craved good fried chicken. I was looking for KFC. This was on my way home. OK...back at Church's.... Super quick counter... service. Breading on my 3 piece combo with large drink....was best I ever had from Churches. Hot and juicy. Place was clean. Tables clean. Big negative was zero, NO TP or hand towels in the men's restroom. None. I told a female counter person but shedidn't espeakle eenglich. Come on man...stock paper so happy fans can at least wash hands or advise all visitors to bring theirown. How can their employees properly wash their hands? Didn't look in the ladies room. Delish pollo! Read more

I went inside for takeout. There were 5 people ahead of me and the drive through line was long. It was impressive to see the... staff hustling and the manager efficiently directing the flow. Great timely service despite being busy. Food fresh anddelicious. Read more

Horrible service, 30 to 45 minute wait for chicken in the lobby area for take out. What place does that during the busiest time?... Staff could have mentioned that before ordering. I don't normally come here but I won't be back for a very long time again Read more

I had the rudest encounter with a so-called manager today! She was racist and disrespectful, so I called Corporate, and am... waiting now to hear back from a higher up at her store. (Dyer and Fred Wilson, El Paso, TX) Their chicken breasts look like thebirds were sickly and their coleslaw smelled bad, but she was mad that I wanted a refund and had the audacity to chastise me.Really?? Churches has been serving fried chicken in El Paso for many years. It is one of the first fried chicken restaurants that I can... remember. It is an easy go to for take out. On this visit , we ordered chicken strips with honey barbeque sauce. They wereserved with honey bisquits. Party and Family meals are also available. Friendly staff! Read more

First, we called in advance to make sure there was enough for our order-was told they don't take orders over phone we had to go... there. Second, upon arrival ordered a 20 piece leg & thigh regular flavor, 8 biscuits, side order of mac&cheese and of fries(added a 5 piece tender meal with drink & BBQ dip sauce to order) - total cost $46.53 Was told had to wait 10 minutes for 2 morepieces if we didn't take spicy pieces - we waited for regular flavor. 5 pieces of chicken were spicy in the order we receivedwhen we ordered only regular AND waited 10 minutes for location to supposedly make more chicken. For almost $50 we got enoughfries for the 8 of us to have 2 French fries each & 1 table spoon of mac&cheese each. The dipping sauce for the tenders was NOTprovided and its was 2 five year olds kids that found the spicy pieces - who proceeded to cry & scream, with one of themthrowing up. This Church's Chicken ruined the what was supposed to be a great family get together. Will never do business hereagain and the other 5 adults agree. Read more

Ordering through the drive thru was ridiculous.. the biscuit was good and so we're the yams but the chicken was bland. If I do... return I'll definitely order something other than the chicken. Read more
