I've only been there thru drive thru so idk about the dine in atmosphere. But the drive thru service is good if you are nice... they are nice. If you ask them for plates they will give them to you. The food is always hot the chicken has always been wellcooked and the biscuits taste fresh. They will ask you if you would like to wait if they are out of chicken for example theygive you the option if you want to wait or not which is great because other places don't tell you and you sit there wonderingwhat is taking so long. They have even given us a complementary item just for waiting. Read more
Their process of making the chicken varies a lot sometimes is very gresy and other times dry they just can't get it right
Showed up at 8:20 pm, website says closes at 9! Workers have lights off so no one shows up. Corporate has set times for a... reason. Had 3 cars pull up and all left due to them acting closed. Not sure if management or even corporate knows. Read more
