DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION Had the worst experience I?ve ever had at any restaurant by FAR. The person taking our order kept on... saying the wrong item which we corrected FOUR times. She then repeats it correctly and tells us to pull forward. We asked forhoney and honey mustard and we?re only given one even though you are supposed to get two complimentary with your meal. She thenhands it over and leaves and after we pull out we realize our order was missing items such as our drink, the chicken breast andour Mac and cheese had weird lumps. We go in and turns out it was the manager that helped us and she said we had to pay if wewanted our order fixed. And said we we didn?t get our drink and she asked if we were sure as if we were lying. I'd be rich if I had a dime for every time I heard, "We don't have...". I'd even stopped going here some years ago because of... this. Shame on me for trying again hoping they'd improved on this front. On the upside, when I finally got my food it wasgood. Read more
Stopped there yesterday at about 5:00pm. The gentleman who took my order was very nice but I think he's new because he seemed... lost but not rude. I ordered 3 chicken sandwich combos and they didnt have any chicken patties and asked me if I'd like to waitabout 5 min which turn out to be 25 minutes. I also ordered a 3 piece combo with white meat. I got a 4 piece combo withdrumsticks and thighs (I dont like thighs, that's why I ordered white meat). I told him I had ordered white meat and he took outthe drumsticks and threw in some dried up wings. He left the thigh telling me it was breast, I told him it was a thigh and hesaid they were out of breast, so he ended up exchanging it for a drumstick. The most disturbing thing that happened was thatthey DIDN'T HAVE BOXES! They threw everything (chicken, biscuit, mash potato container) inside a brown bag!!! Overall really good, but they need to fix the drive thru output sound. It sounds very muffled and static when they are talking... to you making it hard to understand if they got your right order. Read more
This used to be my favorite fried chicken but it seems like this location just doesn't care too much. The hours are crazy... because they close at 8:30pm which is early if you ask me and the flavor isn't quite what it used to be. The worst part is thatthey got my order wrong and I ended up missing what would have probably been the best part of my order, the honey butterbiscuits! Won't go back to this location but will have to give other locations another try. Read more
Terrible customer service!!!! This is the second time I?ve gone on a Wednesday evening after work at 8 pm and they are out of... tenders, cannot order a legs or thigh family meal because they are out and won?t make anymore, out of certain sides and won?tmake anymore. I don?t know why they bother to stay open when you cannot order half the things on the menu! After reading severalreviews of this location it seems like this is a common problem not just with me but other patrons. I will be printing out thereviews and writing a letter to corporate. This is a franchise after all and your held to a certain standard. This is justridiculous!!! Read more
