Food was good, attention to detail was good everything I ordered was there. And most importantly they did not park me like all... these other fast food joints here in el paso that park you for no reason even though nobody is behind you in the drive thru..Although I felt they skimped me on one of the large sides where it was not even halfway full just enough for one person. My grandma loves Church's... There spicy always hits the spot. Long wait times sometimes but who wants uncooked fried chicken..
Service was lousy, food was mediocre. Chicken fried steak was dry and tasteless, macaroni and cheese was just sauce, you could... count the macaroni in it on two hands. There wasn't any tea and we weren't the only customers complaining. Never go there again Read more
"Short ordered" my friend and I stop by for lunch. We ordered a 2 piece order mix. We walked In and weren't help lime 2... minutes later. Never greeted or a we will be with you. They only had dark meat. We were told their be no mix until tomorrow,but we were still charge mix price I stead of dark price. The odd thing that the store manager was on site, it seem to me thathe really didnt care. "Most" young folkes now a day think that we the customers owed them something. Makes you feel as iftheir doing you a favor. I blame it on lack of training. Companies have high profits but wont invest in training and employees welfare. Companies wonder why they can't keep good employees...maybe a reasonable pay would help. Prices go up and gallon of fgas is almost 5 dlls. Do the math.. Read more
Very disappointing, I used the drive through to try a different fried chicken joint. I ordered the family meal with 2 sides, I... received extra greasy chicken. And no biscuits. I probably won't make the effort to drive back here any time soon. Read more
I get my order right most of the time. Be warned you'll probably have to wait a bit of you want all spicy chicken. Worth the... wait though. Nothing like piping hot, juicy, spicy chicken from Church's. I usually get the $20 family meal with 12 pieces, 3large sides and 6 biscuits. Its like an adult happy meal. Love it. Keep in mind if you're paying with card only Visa andMastercard are accepted. One time the payment system was down altogether and they were accepting cash only. Overall prettyreliable and convenient if you need a quick family meal. Read more
Because of the way their Doordash page is setup, it is impossible to order fries through the Doordash app. I'm leaving a 1 star... review until someone decides to do something about it. Read more
