Today at chili's was an amazing experience with the waiters and food. Today might just be the night that I had the best waiter... of ever going to this restaurant! I would 100% recommend getting Rick to wait you! He was such a nice and helpful server withthe environment around us and the food I well since checking in and out multiple times was a effective way to make me feel verycomfortable and happy! 10/10 experience would absolutely LOVE to go again!!! Fajitas and burgers where undercooked while ribs were pretty dry. Service was horrible and we only saw our waiter once when we... ordered, then came to apologize for the undercooked burger and finally one last time to apologize again for an incorrect bill(double charged 1 entree). We also had to wait 12+ min for a to go box and again 10+ min for the bill correction. Definitelywill not be back. Read more
15 minutes is all it took... for me and my whole party to stand up and leave the place. In those 15 minutes I saw a waiter mess... up 2 orders , a runner lost looking for who the heck had ordered mandarins (restaurant was almost empty so it shouldn't havebeen a difficult task) another table hadn't had their drink order taken and after 15 minutes no one had come to take our drinkorder. To top it off a party that arrived 6 minutes after us was being served while we were still waiting. We just left andexpressed our discontent to the front hostess. I hope they let the manager know. Service was good and prompt. Server made sure we were well taken care of and alll orders were taken with no hassels or mistakes.... Our drink refills were always filled and our food was served quickly. All the food was fresking good... if you haven't tried thesouthwest egg roll... you need to... We all Enjoyed our dinner. Now THIS! Is now service should be. Restaurant was almost full to cap yet we instantly got seated. No question asked. Hostess... was alert and on point. Server is attentive and helping. Atmosphere much friendly and welcoming. Got our drinks right was andplaced our orders no problem. Recommend this Lee Trevino location 10/10 as far as service and efficiency. Coming back to thisone. Airways location hostesses have their heads where the sun don't shine. Read more
