Although I still ate the food I got. It was all wrong. The spicy chicken I ordered through my rewards turned out to be a... regular. And lemonade is a sweet tea. I didn?t get an ice cream cone:/ still got charged for it tho. My recent time coming herebefore this one was also pretty poor. Sometimes it?s good, and good service . This is a great fast food restaurant. Their customer satisfaction is their priority. With plenty of employees, they are always... quick to take orders and get them to you. They also have Spanish speaking employees taking orders most of the time. Read more
Maybe completely put lids on milkshakes before handing them out the window. Brand new Range Rover that you just ruined the... carpets of since you didn?t take the time to secure the lid. And 3 drinks with 2 straws. I guess we are rolling dice to see whogets to have their drinks today. At least my daughter only had 1/2 a milkshake left so it won?t take long for her to finish. Usually they get a 5. Curb side was not too bad of a wait it was them forgetting am item but not forgetting to charge me. Second time getting my food delivered from this location and a big disappointment again. First time I didn?t get any sauce at... all. This second time I got 1 sauce. I even put it in the notes from the driver and the special notes. They even forgot my extrapickles. It?s super annoying when people can?t read simple orders. My fries were gross as well. I never used to have issues withthe north east location. I rather drive all the way over there than order from this location again. Read more
SUPER SUPER slow. I've gone to other locations and they are efficient, friendly and served a great product. This location is... slow, the workers are unfriendly and difficult to understand (both people is spoke with were mumbling the entire time) andseemed more interested in joking around with each other than getting our food out. I have two small children and work in serviceindustry. Time is money. And you just lost mine. This type of horrible service is inexcusable. Read more
BIGPAKE says DAMN; NO better chicken sandwhich in da whole world (fast food style). It's moist, crunchy and the bun they use... matches so great. The nuggets are the best I have ever had and you can choose from 5 different sauces ...I recommend theChic-fil-A sauce myself but get a few and find what you like best. Read more
