Sadly disappointed! Came out of the Cinemark theater with my son and was tailed by the Chick-fil-A catering van. I tried to... speed up and it just changed lanes and cut me off. I followed it to it?s location and it was the Rojas location, as indicated onthe back windshield of the picture I took. I called the location to report the aggressive driving and the person I spoke todidn?t seem concerned. I am a very frequent, corporate customer and disappointed that their response seemed so uninterested. Read more

Awful customer service. We placed an order on their app for delivery. Delivery time kept changing. We call to be told there is... no order. Yet they placed a charge on our card for almost 80 dollars! We were told to contact customer service in the app. Whatgood does this do for us? Never again Read more

Went to drive through today. I got home and they had forgotten one of my sandwiches. I called Tamika said if I could go back. I... asked if I should take back the fries being that by the time I would get back home they would be cold. She said no to keep them,that she would replace them. I asked if they can deliver it being I don?t live around the corner. She said no. I said fine Iwill be there in 15 min. When I got there 45 min had already been wasted from my original order time. They gave me my sand andfries. I asked the young man about my drink. First he was just walking away, so I had to call him. He asked what drink would Ilike I told him Diet Coke. He leaves and comes back and says I would have to pay for it. I asked him to get his manager. SoTamika comes out and tells me that I would have to pay for it because she already replaced my fries. I told her that I don?tlive near by that 45 min have already passed by the time I get home my drink will be flat. She said sorry that I would have topay for it. I got upset because it was not my fault they didn?t get my order right. I wasn?t asking for anything free just toget my order right. Mind you she didn?t even offer anything for my inconvenience. I think she just didn?t want to deal with meand gave me my drink. All of this upset could have been avoided if she would have just given me my entire meal complete like Ihad originally ordered instead of arguing with me over a drink. Read more

Check your food before you leave these people started making mistakes and when you call them to tell them what they forgot to... give you and you pay for it they give you a code good for 20 days when you go to the store to claim it They act like there?s noone here with that name and they don?t want to honor what the manager told you when you were missing the food. Clearly says I added two sauces and they did not send any the ice tea had no ice what so ever I did the order through the app... but since they don?t deliver to this side of town themselves DoorDash were the ones who delivered I called the restaurant andMark wanted me to contact door dash and deal with them I told him it?s not door dashes fault you forgot my sauces your the onewho packaged the order door dash just delivers all he kept saying was I have to go thru door dash I told him you guys havedrivers too since it was your fault can?t you Just send one of them to bring the sauce he said nothing and didn?t offer me avoucher or something for the inconvenience so now I?m eating a dry wrap Read more
