Slow service. When I got home noticed we had no lettuce. I called and they told us there was a lettuce shortage. No signs... displayed about this shortage and no one let us know. Manager did not do anything other than say they will start lettingcustomers know?. Got the grilled chicken sandwich only has 3 things and one is missing I think it?s important for them to letthe customers know 1/3 of the food they got will be missing? Read more
Love that everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. We recently went for a family event where they were offering free kids... meals to kids dressed as a hero. I personally enjoy the waffle fries and the Mac n cheese, but they do have a lot of greatchoices off their menu as well. It always seems to be pretty busy so it definitely shows people love this place. Read more
I pick up the Market Salad once or twice a week always great. Big disappointment on 10-27-2022 4pm my salad was very dry it had... no blue cheese chunks and tasted bland. I also asked for extra dressing and didn't have it in my bag. Also I miss it when theydon't say "my pleasure!" Read more
Very busy. The customers are served in a timely fashion. The chicken sandwich I ordered was tasty. It did NOT taste like it had... been sitting on the shelf for two or three hours. I will go back and explore the rest of the menu. ???? Read more
Went for the first time on a busy Friday evening and drive through person by the name of Tristan was very customer service... friendly, he has a great spirit. Wonderful represation for the business! Made my visit great will definitely return! Read more
Service was really fast, the employee outside was kind and friendly. However I ordered a side of mac & cheese, got charge extra... for it and was never given to me. I live 20 mins from the restaurant so I couldn?t go back and pick it up. Unfortunately Inoticed it when I got home. I worked at fast food before and I know how tedious and stressful it can be. But I am also a payingcustomer that got charged and lost money for something I never got. Just please pay more attention because if we as customersare willing to spend money on something, the least you can do is pay attention and give us everything we paid for. Read more
Speedy service! So speedy that they gave me someone else?s salad! Paid for a salad with nugs and got a grilled chicken salad... instead...didn?t have enough time to make it to my appointment if I had to drive back for them to correct my order. The expectation of chick-fil-a has drop so much. The customer service not nice at all looking like they hate what they are... doing. The place has trash all over the place including the tables as you can see. They really need to hire a good manager. Read more
