Super good and cheesy food! Tried a little bit of everything, had the western chicken grilled cheese, Buffalo Mac n cheese and... the New Mexico cheezy fries. They offer sodas in glass from Mexico! There's so many food options and I'll need to come back totry more! Quick and friendly service, awesome colorful artwork, clean restrooms and nice large windows to look outside. Cheezusstarted as a food truck and opened this location about a year ago. They close early so make sure to check the hours before yougo. It's located next to Wells Fargo in Downtown, there's metered street parking or a parking lot nearby that charges. Highlyrecommend! Read more

I'm amazed that this place is in El Paso city limits. It's a rarity to have great service, food, and fantastic dining experience... theses days in the city. If it wasn't so unhealthy I'd eat here every day! Their tomato soup is the bees knees and a perfectcombo with any grilled cheese. We went to Cheezus for lunch with some friends. Never been there before. Off the bat, the location is awesome. They have some... nice local artist pieces up on their walls. The staff was great. They quickly cleaned the tables as people left and made sure togreet people as they walked in. Really makes you feel welcome. We sat down and our beverage order was taken soon after. The menuis great. They have these awesome grilled cheese creations. If you are worried about a healthy selection, they have some goodsalads too and even a vegan option. I ordered the Philly cheese steak. IT. WAS. AWESOME. The house queso is really good and ittied the peppers and meat very well. I know that I get tired of same old burgers or the same old taco place. Cheezus is perfectfor when you?re wanting a delicious, cheesy, juicy and meaty sandwich. It is officially one of my fave down town spots. Read more
This was truly a fun and interesting dining experience! The decor of the restaurant is very eye catching and when I arrived, U... was greeted and treated very nicely. I was told that there was changes being done to the menu and I opted to try their newMexicano, which was their take on a Cubano. The Swiss cheese on the sandwich was delicious along with juicy pickles and thecarnitas on it gave it a very distinct and memorable difference from a regular Cubano. All in all sandwich was amazing andserved at the perfect temperature alongside with a mountain of fries and a savory Mexican Coke. Ohhhh and their salsa in theside should be taken with caution as it truly brought the heat!The prices were a bit high but I understand with it being more ofa sit down restaurant as well as not being a chain restaurant. Cheezus was a wonderful shining light in El Paso. Just a small, vibrantly painted restaurant with friendly staff and amazing... food. I grabbed lunch with a friend, buffalo chicken Mac and carnitas fries and tried not to be envious of his buffalo chickengrilled cheese. It was easy, because the Mac was phenomenal. Perfect amounts of cheese, buffalo, and ranch. The fries wereamazing too, super cheesy with beautiful carnitas and a good spicy chili dipping sauce. Went back the next day for that buffalogrilled cheese and almost cried because it was so wonderful. Go to Cheezus and be happy! Read more
