EDIT: The was actually just a few days after the initial review, but Charleys 100% did their best to make up for the previous... experience! They gave me a coupon more than good enough to compensate, and the food and service were many times better this timearound. Thank you, Charleys! ORIGINAL: Food was good and what I ordered, no problem there. But, I ordered curbside pickup for5:15 PM and waited almost 15 minutes in my car for the food to be brought out. I had to go inside and pick it up instead.Receipt attached with sharpness turned up, ?Curbside Pickup? can be seen under the sticker. My husband and I got the chicken Buffalo and the fiesta cheesesteak. I must say both were very delicious but we like the fiesta... cheesetske more. It was very delicious and the jalapeños on the cheesesteak added more flavor to the sandwich. Reallyrecommended ! Definitely coming back! Read more
I agree with some of the reviews here, they are not as good as on post or the mall, but the pickle is added difference that I... like, staff was friendly both on entering and leaving, the wings are a added item that the other locations don't offer, I wouldgive five stars if the Philly cheese steaks where just as good as the other locations. Pretty good but definitely not like on Ft Bliss, still new and they might be getting the hang of things, still good non the... less. Gourmet fries were good just as the original seasoned fries.
