Food was good, kids had fun in the playground, tables were clean. Crystal at the register took my order and was very patient and... helpful, as I knew nothing about what Carl?s junior had and what was on different burgers. I've visited this Carl's Jr a few times now and every time my food is hot! My fries are hot and crispy with just the right... amount of salt. My burger, whether it be a Big Carl or an original thick burger, looks like the picture. Juicy and delicious! When a fast food location is consistently good, you keep coming back! The food is great and the prices even better. It does make me a bit sad sometimes to see not as many customers coming through... this place as it should BUT I LOVE THE LOCATION! The huge play area it houses is perfect and the employees are always attentiveand correct with their managing or your food. I haven't experienced one wrong order yet. We dine out about once a week and thisplace tends to be a favorite and won't cease to be. Read more

Came here 4 days ago with my aunt and uncle. It took quite awhile for our food to be ready seeing as two other people were... already there eating then they left after a while. Took around 30-45 minutes to hear our food was ready. The fries got coldpretty fast and the burgers kinda looked small even though we ordered large. So disorganized. Knew someone who worked there andit was so bad he quit. Kind of disappointing. Noticed some of the employees weren't really doing anything.
