Okay so my wife went and spent 60 dollars here she asked for no onions...on all the burgers...and we got them all with... onions...i called the store and they wanted me to bring back the food to replace the burgers...i wasnt home yet ..the managerwanted me to go home and. The drive-thru wasn't too slow BUT they just can't seem to remember to add the dipping sauces that are requested. It's been a... miss the last two visits. The last straw was the "not so fresh lettuce" in my sandwich. When I say not so fresh I mean old,discolored, and blackening. Still the best fast food restaurant to get a Burger! Today I tried out their new Ultimate Truffle Burger. It was very good . .... . very different! When you compare Carl's Jr burgers to McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, there is NO COMPARISON!! And theyhave the most choices when it comes to premium burgers. The service was terrible. I ordered a number one with only lettuce and ketchup. The cashier put American cheese, mayonnaise,... tomato, pickles, and onion on the receipt and my burger. I sent it back, then I got the correct order but with cheese. Themanager came and asked us what was wrong then gave us what we ordered. He addressed my father as "Boss" which bothered him as hebelieves the employees should address customers as "Ma'am" and "Sir" (he told me to include this). The burgers were cold andburnt. The people in the kitchen weren't even wearing hair nets! Unlike the sign, the cookies are not freshly baked. The onlygood thing were the fries and the drinks. Read more
Early morning visit. Friendly staff. Ordered off the lunch menu and got my order quickly. Unfortunately the fryers we down so... couldn't have fries. Food was as good as you can expect fast food burgers to be. Patties were probably slightly on theovercooked side but not bad. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Playground was closed for repairs. Based on my experiences here, the food has normally been pretty good. Decent customer service. No issues arising at my visits.... Would recommend and would return to this location again. Read more
