Walked in and lobby was empty, stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, one girl was on her phone, the... guy cooking was standing there waiting to be told what to do next and one guy was taking drive thru orders. Walked out and wentelsewhere. Employees need training on customer service especially the girl talking on the phone. This place has gone downhill nowonder it?s always empty. Read more
This is honestly not the best Carl?s Jr. to go to like I live down the street and would rather drive 10 min further just for... better food and service. Every-time I go to any Carl?s Jr I get I cup of ice on the side and it?s normally no problem. At thisCarl?s Jr they try to charge me 4 freaking dollars FOR A CUP OF ICE and are extremely rude about it everytime as if it?s gonnabreak the bank for a cup of ice. Read more
Went for lunch after working outside on a 100° day. Bought a burger and asked for a cup of water. The cashier said she HAD to... charge me for a small kids cup and they could not give me a cup of water?. What can you expect ??????? Oh yea! Order wasn't right after repeating it 3 times. Asked for a combo but was charged for every individual thing since cross cut... fries doesn't come with the combo. To make things worse my food was cold, the cross cuts were cold and in a small container andnot worth the $3+. Prices went up as well....So disappointing Read more
So apparently this is how its suppose to be burned. According to cook. After making me wait 15 min this is what i got. And the... portions are ridiculous for what they charge. This isn't the first time I've had to return to this place because of the lack ofquality in their food. And the customer service is horrendous not even an apology. Very disappointing this evening. Lady manager at register was very cold with her customer service, no name tag no uniform no... smile. Doesn't want to be there and it shows. Very sloppy appearances and poor hygiene by guy working drive thru. Soda counterwas a mess and sticky. Floor was a mess throughout, wasn't even busy. Restroom a mess and hasn't been checked in a while itseems. Food was fresh though and saved it from a 1 star review. This place sucks pretty bad right now otherwise. Steer clear fora while. Bring back biscuits and gravy, and the big country burrito and you will be 5+ stars...and spare the BS that they don't sell... well...it's laziness on your part...they sold great, you just didn't want to make them. Read more
