I've been here many times before and the fue has been great. Sadly everything I had today had very little if any taste. I hope... they get the old recipe or cooks back from before. The Tamales , and Menudo lacked al the flavor they had before. I probablywon't be gong back anytime soon. Read more

Menudo was Old and smelled bad. Too much spices were put to minimized the bad smell. Overcooked or over reheated. Chilaquiles... were fried tostadas instead corn tortillas with too much chili on it and No flavor. Too much grease on beans and potatoes werebagged French fries cut in half. Disappointed!!! Small place but great food and service. Short hours to dine there but still worth going during business hours.

I really liked the place. Nothing special but nice, the food was good but Mom or grandma could probably do it better. The... service was sub par. We ordered menudo that we never got. Later as we're finishing our meal then we were asked if we stillwanted the menudo. They don't serve chips and salsa and they don't serve beer. The staff was friendly and the food came out fairly quick. The menudo I ordered was decent...the hominy had a rubbery... consistency and the tortillas for the burritos were good but they don't add much in them for the price they charge. The placewas very clean, I'll give them that. I'd like to rate this place higher but the food was just okay. I'm thinking this wasbecause the place was kind of dead (after all they are in high competition in the area) maybe if I had dined in, it would'vebeen better. Nice place though. This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to! They make everything fresh and sell everything that they make.... They even do fresh juices. I got the gorditas and they were amazing! Their chips are really good and we bought a bag to takehome. Read more
