I have gone to this BK few times, not by personal preference, my kids really like BK burgers and it's the closest to me. That... said, 9/10 times you will have to pull up and wait for your food..even if you are the only one in line. They charge for saucesnow, and half of the time they don't give them to you anyway. Hell, sometimes they forget the basics like straws, napkins, andketchup! Moreover, orders are frequently wrong and fries are cold more often than not. I would give them 0 stars if I could? my dead grandma can hear and fulfill my orders better than they can. Literally marking... sandwiches anyway they want, even though the cook knows damn well it isn?t what they marked. Front of house doesn?t verifyanything. Rude and always made to park to wait for the food we?ve been waiting for already 10 minutes. What is going on backthere? They don?t take into appreciation our hard earned money. What a joke! Got the 2 for $10 deal, burger, fries and drink, got onion rings instead. The burger had 2 meat patties and cheese, was a small... burger and it was cold, but it tasted good. I didn't like the onion rings, where was the onion? It tasted like onion but I thinkthey use onion flavoring in it only. We got the jalapeño poppers, they were tasty. Got root beers and it was mostly seltzer,so I had to take them back. They changed out the soda tank, gave me 2 new cups ????which was good. Staff was friendly. Read more
FAST, FRESH, HOT!! I have said for decades, "If Burger King did it right, they would destroy their competition!" This is the... only BK location I have been to that DOES IT RIGHT! Fresh lettuce, fresh tomatoes, fresh onions, freshly cooked HOT fries,FAST! And the best customer service of any other fast food place I have been too. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes past the hour as I was giving them extra time instead of having it... ready "right now." But I still had to pull ahead in the drive-thru and wait till 29 minutes after. And I had ordered a Spritewith my meal but what they gave me was all carbonation so I had to wait for them to go get a new drink. The food was otherwisegood. Read more
