Ordered a Whopper, no cheese no pickles, when I got home there was cheese, pickles bacon and jalapenos in there. Since I didn?t... want to go back, I was removing everything out and noticed that the meat had been BITTEN. Went back and manager said thatsometimes the meat falls off when grilling it, called his BS and requested a refund. Glad they messed up the order or Iwould?ve eaten it without noticing this disgusting thing. Never going back there again. 0 stars if I could. Read more
Good burgers but alot of times the spicy chicken sandwich is really greasy

This is the slowest BK in El pass, there is always a 15 to 20 min wait for a simple whopper meal. Ain't nobody got time for... that, defeats the meaning of fast food and that's if they get your order right. Read more
I went to get a quick meal and I was not expecting the service I got. I went through the drive thru and said my order and the... order taker could not get that right. She asked me, ?So what did you want?? I repeated my order and then I pull up to the windowand of course she is on her cell phone. I let her know that she should not have been on her phone and that she would have beenable to take my order. She then tells me, ?I was busy and you don?t tell me what to do.?and slammed the window shut. I get myorder but that customer service is not sitting well with me and I decide to park and just get my refund. I go in and let me tellyou there are no customer in the store and they tell me they will be right with me. There are 3 of them cleaning the kitchen. 2minutes later the lady who had just gave me my order finally comes to the counter and I just let her know I did it notappreciate the customer service and I would just like a refund. She takes the order back and goes to process my refund from thedrive through. She comes back with the receipt for me but before she hands it to me she says ? Let me tell you something?? but Istop her and tell her I just want my refund. NO APOLOGY AT ALL!!! And then when I asked for her name(Marilyn), she was the shiftmanager. Not good! Read more
I love eating my breakfast here in the morning.
I see a lot of comments that cover poor food, service and waiting. I had a good experience though that I?ve never had at any... other fast food place. This really meant a lot (see picture). Remember that everyone starts somewhere, and I?m grateful to beable to serve others now in the Military.
