This Burger King has the slowest service and the poorest customer service! Every single time I go, I have to wait 10 minutes at... the first window for my ?Drinks?. Drive thru wait time was ridiculous. And I was only the third car in line. I waited exactly 10 minutes to pick up a frozen drink... that I already ordered through the app. Just to pick it up! And when I finally got to the window they said the cherry machinewas broken. SMH ??????????? Read more
Will usually take a little longer than other places. Strange thing is they give you the drinks at the first window where you... pay, then the person you paid at the first window will give you your food at the second. Doesn't seem their drive thru is veryefficient. Read more
Out of multiple times visiting this location it has been the worst service of any fast food place in town. Even if the... McDonald?s line is twice as long across the street you would still get your order faster then having no line at all at thisBurger King. It seems like it?s the guidance given to them from corporate on how to get take and process orders . They willoften times try to take payment at the first window and then have that person leave the window to get drinks form the secondwindow and bring back to the first instead of just pulling forward. The level of customer service here is very poor. We made eye contact with every employee and they all ignored us. Finally I... asked for one of their attention and when they took our order, she barely looked at us. I wouldn?t recommend this location atall!!! Go further down Zaragoza!! Read more

The speed of service has recently improved, but the service still needs improvement. The Associate at the window just stuck his... arm out the window and said, "Here you go," and closed the window right away without a "Thank you" or saying anything else.Management needs to train their employees to have more courtesy. This place has the slowest service ever. It takes at least tenminutes to move one car up. The time was 3:34 when we ordered. At 3:59, the line had moved only two cars. The dining room isclosed so the only option is the drive thru. If you have all the time in the world, then is the place for you. Read more
