The food was correct and tasted good. It also took almost 25 minutes to get my order( 30 minute lunch)no apologies just excuses.
My Mom loves BK, it's ok to me, the place is kind of cozy.
They do not respect what the mobile app offers you. Ordered online snd still had to wait about 30mins for my order.
I was waiting for almost 10 minutes in the dining area before I even get noticed, there was only one person in front of me &... after they were done attending her, they started attending drive through . I was never told ?sir, we?ll be with you in a coupleminutes, thank you for your patience ? which I BELIEVE would?ve been proper but I was GHOST ???? the girl on the cashier gotsome order & went outside to deliver order & passed in front of me & didn?t excuse herself nor pardon herself NOTHING! I order an online order and when I got there to the drive thru I asked if they could please give me my sodas with no ice the... girl was rude and said they couldn?t do that? cause I had to put on the mobile order no ice, but it didn?t have me that optionon the app? I also ordered an ice cream Sunday and I told them if they could add chocolate and she said no that they couldn?t dothat?. Worst customer service ever !!! Read more
I go to this location almost every day during the week for lunch. I'd just like to say the drive thru associates are always the... most courteous, polite, and professional workers I've ever seen at a Burger King. My order is never incorrect, and it's easy tosee they really care about their jobs. Also for some reason your Diet Coke tastes better than anywhere else! Thank you for doinga great job. Read more
Sometimes whenever I go here they actually get the order right. However normally.... I was ordering food for friends at work I... ordered a plain Whopper with ketchup and cheese and it even said so on the receipt but when my coworker opened up the sandwichit had lots of lettuce and pickles and no cheese. I asked for the address so I can use the app none of them knew what the address was but yet on every receipt that they print out... the address is right there I asked for one of their frozen drinks with my meal I get done with the drink I go up to the counterto ask them for a refill on the Frozen drink they say they can't do it I said okay I understand that so I ask well can I have asoft drink in the cup they say no you have to order a cup yet I have a cup in my hand that I just bought 5 minutes ago and I satdown inside to eat but they couldn't give me a refill not only did they say no but also the manager who was there said no whatkind of craziness is this Read more
