I would give it zero stars if I could. Disgusting, dirty place. The tables and booths are always dirty. Employees are ordered... not to promote their value deals, even if you ask them for any, which I think is stupid. Their hamburgers have a plastic aftertaste. The app is not honored, nor are coupons. Stupid!!! Then don't be Burger King, if you can't honor app deals andcoupons!!! Burger King, I never thought you'd stoop so low. Don't think I will be risking my health going there again. Read more
I swear the slowest service ever. This is fast food not slow food. There was no line, and I waited 20 minutes for one meal..yet... one of their employees was coming with Dunkin? Donuts. I do not know who Oversees this particular location but staff needscoaching. Read more
Where do I begin?! After we ordered our food, it took OVER 25 minutes to get it. They were constantly pushing out drive thru... orders but ignoring the orders inside. During my nearly half hour wait a LARGE live cockroach came strolling up towards thecounter. The employees acted indifferent, and didn't remove the insect after I killed it, preventing it from climbing over thecounter into the kitchen. My food was made correctly but my friends order had to redone because it was totally wrong. Upon driving out of the drive... through and parking. They entered and when they returned they said the customer service was awesome. The staff looked happy anddidn't even question the mistake. Thanks for acting like kings.... Read more

worst location ever. the 2 times i?ve came to visit it?s either completely closed or their dine in is closed at 2pm??? this time... i came to order a #2 no mustard no onions & surly like always they get it wrong even after them asking me twice what my orderwas at the speaker & at the window. the burger had onions and i can not eat it because i?m allergic, anyways at least i stillhave my fries right? nope there?s an onion ring in the fries so i can?t eat that either. all i had was this flat soda they gaveme :/ so sad all i wanted was to enjoy a burger i?ve been craving for a week.
