They are so friendly good service nothing like the other Burger King on Mesa I was very happy with my service
The last thing you'd want in your Burger King burger is someone's foot fungus. But as it turns out, that might be what you get.... A 4channer uploaded a photo anonymously to the site showcasing his feet in a plastic bin of lettuce. With the statement: "Thisis the lettuce you eat at Burger King." Admittedly, he had shoes on. But that's even worse. The post went live at 11:38 PM onJuly 16, and a mere 20 minutes later, the Burger King in question was alerted to the rogue employee. At least, I hope he'srogue. How did it happen? Well, the BK employee hadn't removed the Exif data from the uploaded photo, which suggested theculprit was somewhere in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This was at 11:47. Three minutes later at 11:50, the Burger King branch addresswas posted with wishes of happy unemployment. 5 minutes later, the news station was contacted by another 4channer. And threeminutes later, at 11:58, a link was posted: BK's "Tell us about us" online forum. The foot photo, otherwise known as exhibit A,was attached. Cleveland Scene Magazine contacted the BK in question the next day. When questioned, the breakfast shift managersaid "Oh, I know who that is. He's getting fired." Mystery solved, by 4chan. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and patient but on the other hand, the men's restroom was a mess and some tables... were dirty along with the fountain drink station, so that's the reason for my four star rating. Restrooms and the lobby areashould ALWAYS be clean because it's a place where we try to enjoy our meals. A clean environment is a bonus. Read more

The food is good, however the drive through lady was very rude. When my mom and I went through the drive- through, the lady that... was taking our order, was very rude. I was starting to tell her my order, but she interrupted me stating" I can't hear you."When I told her what I wanted she was still snippy with me. I know I'm quiet, but don't be snippy with me. Cashier was courteous and welcoming. Food was hot and hamburger were made exactly how I ordered them with no onion no tomato... extra mustard. Will definitely order again from this location. Worst Burger King in town!! Last time my dad went through drive thru, he asked for his burger with no mustard and it had a... ridiculous amount of mustard!! We gave it a try again today, we wanted to dine in and they wouldn?t even look at us at firsteven though the restaurant was empty! The guy who took our order was really nice but the lady (I?m guessing the manager) wasextremely rude, you could tell she was in a bad mood, the way she talked was really impolite, and she would make faces everytime she?d talk. The drink fountain was out of service and even though they guy asked us what drinks we wanted to drink, shedidn?t serve them from the back, she gave us our cups empty and when we asked her for drinks she mad a face again. The food wasawful!! The patty didn?t taste as it always does, and the fries were extremely salty! And also de restroom was really dirty andit smelled really bad!! Went today Nov 3rd at around 6pm. The guy at the window extremely friendly, quick and order was perfect. I know that seems... simple but lately every time I get food everyone is miserable to be working there and they mess up the food. This guy was great,even with just my small order and quick interaction I felt the need to give some sort or recognition. As some one who overseesemployees I wish mine behaved like this guy. Read more
