Went through drive through, placed our order the girl taking orders messed it up on the drinks. Told her and she decided to... argue and told us we were wrong she heard correctly. Then once we got home the Boss sauce tasted like vinegar and we must havereceived the end of the fries. I guess with employees like that we will not go back. Regarding the sauce things happen. If you enjoy boss chicken I don?t recommend this location, especially not in the afternoons. Every time I go the service is bad.... Last time I went I was waiting for 40 mins and there was only TWO cars in front of me. The teenage girls working there werehaving a big argument and treated me with disrespect. The food quality has been going downhill since they open :/ I ordered twocustard sundays and you can tell they prepared them when I placed the order because they were both completely melted and halffilled. Very pleased with the quality and taste of my food. The price was reasonable as well. I had the el patron chicken sandwich. It... had a nice brioche bun that was toasted, two strips with mango habanero sauce, cheese, and pickles. Sandwich was delicious andfries were some of the crispiest and delicious I have eaten in a long time. I had the limeade for my drink, it was lackingsweetness and flavor. The staff was efficient and fast, but they were not as cordial or courteous as they can and should be.Even with the shortcomings I will recommend this restaurant. Read more

Honestly the food was great! I personally like the lemon pepper and spicy tenders. The fries are solid. The boss sauce and mango... habanero sauces are great! BUT This place is guilty of my biggest pet peeve? a drink that is mostly ice? each drink is 60%+ice. I finished my drink super quickly before I got home and I was in disbelief. I measured how much liquid it would hold, andout of the ~24oz foam cup, it held 10oz of liquid. I know it doesn?t haven?t anything to do with the food itself, but it is mybiggest pet peeve and biggest annoyance! I find it disrespectful tbh. It wasn?t just my drink either. I recently moved to Horizon and had the pleasure of trying Boss Chicken, and I'm very happy I did. I had the 3 piece lemon... pepper chicken strips with fries and to top it off an extremely delicious, decadent Reese overloaded sundae. It was to die forespecially if you're a peanut butter fanatic!
