Walked in with 7 of us. Place was empty ? Person at register saw us walk in he walked to the back, the girl ran to bathroom and... the 3rd pretended not to see us. I went to get food for my family and I, spend $37 which is fine because the food is good. When I got home my order was wrong... which I know can happen when it's busy. I was the only car there. When I called back I spoke to Rodolfo and advised him of myissue. He replied, " Yeah we noticed when you drove off." I also told him I didn't live close by so it was an inconvenience togo back and I asked for a full refund or complete order replacement. He sarcastically replied he could only replace the friesand laughed. I asked for a manager and of course he said he was the manager. ???????? He told me it was only corporate abovehim. It was laughable but I'll be returning to get my refund then never going back there again. Read more
