This place is terrible. They are slow, and pricey for what you get. I asked for an oreo milk shake, I got a cup of milk with the... smallest scoop of ice cream you've ever seen. Definitely would not recommend!!! Read more
Horrible! I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru and they gave me a milkshake that had barely any ice cream in it. I ordered mint... chocolate chip and it was not even green because it didn?t even have enough ice cream to turn it green. I would have asked for arefund, but I didn?t want to wait another $25 minutes. It is infuriating. I am never going back there again. Read more
The staff is always pleasant and attentive. They are always in a good mood and do their best to serve every customer quickly.... The restaurant is clean and inviting. Although it is a small restaurant there is a variety of seating, from barstools and tablesinside to an outside patio. And this restaurant has a drive through so you can go in your pajamas. But if you do visit the drivethrough, be patient and understanding. Most customers that visit the drive through have large orders. But the wait is worth it.No one beats Baskin Robbins ice cream. The staff needs to work on their communication skills. Be sure to greet your guests and stop what you are doing to assist them... with any questions. No two customers are alike. The variety of ice cream and treats and cakes was really great. The store andrestroom were very clean and that was much appreciated. We would have enjoyed being offered samples of their ice cream but againthere was no communication from the staff. Be sure to stop what you are doing, greet the customer and ask questions or ask ifthey need more time deciding, ask if they have questions. Just be friendly, kind and helpful. Read more
I used to tolerate the rude employees because I love their chocolate peanut butter ice cream, and this location is less than a... mile from my house. But, tonight, was the last straw. I was served old, freezer-burnt ice cream in the drive-thru, so I won't bereturning. Sonic is right up the street. With all their options, I'm sure they can whip up something to satisfy those chocolatepeanut butter cravings. Read more
It was yummy! Many options to select from. I mixed nutty coconut and Jamoca almond fudge (tasted like coffee). My bf got old... fashioned butter pecan. All three were great! Read more
