The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but as a diabetic I cannot give more than one star to an that doesn't offer ice... cream made with stevia, sucralose or other diabetic-friendly sweeteners, especially with the millions of diabetic Americans thatlove ice cream. You have to ask yourself if you want to wait for 3 hours to get an ice cream cone when visiting this location. The maximum... employees working here is always 1-2. They can?t keep up with the orders, but they don?t hire more people. They don?t care ifyou are waiting outside in this heat. Horrible service! Honestly they are super slow. It was okay even though they messed up my order. I ordered one scoop of chocolate chip and they gave me Oreos, yet the only... thing right was the sprinkles. My daughter's waffle had the taste like it was in the freezer too long, I would think wafflesaren't supposed to be in the freezer. Read more
Unfortunately I hate having to write this but I truly feel that the manager or owner needs to get a hold of this store. I love... Baskin Robins but now I think twice before coming because they never have nothing, they don?t honor their hours, and the girlsthat work their seem to not take this business serious with customers. who works here. every time I come this place doors are closed. the sign says 10 30 pm but they close like at 9 pm. so keep that... in mind. always out of flavors. drive thru is straight up a joke. be ready to seriously spare 45 min for ice cream. if you don'thave that much of time then don't even bother. they will also ask you 3 times about your order. at the com, then at the windowthen disappear for several minutes then ask u again. My wife and I decided that a treat was in order and she wanted ice cream. This was where she wanted to go, and believe it or... not, I'd never been to a Baskin-Robbins to my knowledge. Let me set the stage for you: The drive thru line was out on Dyer andwas probably a 30 minute wait. So I decided to go in. They only allow 5 people in the store at a time. So after waiting for 10minutes outside, we finally get inside. We get to the front of the line and I'm told they only have 7 flavors. What happened to31? Well the freezer in the front was broken(?) And they didn't have the foresight to "defrost" the frozen ice cream (hiswords). So we wasted 30 minutes and left disappointed. Read more
Loved the girls, they were very pleasant. Ample amount of varieties, enjoyed the cotton candy flavor. Next time, I'll be sure to... ask for kiddy scopes bc the regular scope size is a lot of ice cream. Read more
