I had high expectations for this place since it has opened and I was seriously disappointed with the service and the food. The... food took over 45 minutes and arrived cold. Our waitress never brought any of the sides for any of the meals my group hadordered, even after asking her multiple times. Later, she brought the wrong check out and while trying to explain to her thecorrect items, she took a phone call at the table. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This is the worse service I’ve ever had at a Brunch location. Is there a way to do negative five stars?? Please stay away. My... wife and I waited for over an hour before anyone came to take our order. And neither one of the waitresses spoke English. Service was awful at 10:30 am on a Sunday morning. Had to ask three times for items that were on the initial order. Eventually... had to wait by the kitchen to get the items. Had to wait on silverware while food was getting cold. Original waiter did not comeback to the table until it was time to bring the check and added gratuity to the check for our party of 8. Observed othercustomers walking out because of not being served before a table that arrived after them. Have has a similar experience withthe Westside location. So sad. Read more

It was a horrible experience! I suggest not to go eat there if you have a plus party!! We sat there for over an hour and a half... and other people who got sat before we did got there meal. We literally walked out to go eat some place else! Unfortunate theplace is beautiful but there customer service is horrible! Who ever is the owner needs to pay more attention to his or herbusiness!! Food was bland and dry. Asked for salsa to give it some taste, which they took over 15 min to bring… by that time we’re done... eating a super dry omelette with hardly any Turkey and mushrooms…. They did charge $1 for the salsa. They were playing veryloud party music at 9:30am. It was hard to have a conversation, asked three times if they could lower the music and theycompletely ignored the request, but the staff did seem to be enjoying the loud music. Meh. A few issues at this place. Mediocre service. The food was pretty bland for how much I spent. Our server took our order... without a pad at first. Then had to come back and confirm it before she finished putting it in. I noticed she was having issuesopening a bottle of wine, she didn’t know how to use a corkscrew correctly. So she asked for help, the other server came overopened it and served her table for her. Then he proceeded to put drinking glasses away, but not before he wiped his runny noseon his sleeve. Customer service was exceptional. Our server Jazmin was very attentive and she provided everything we asked for. Brunch is... served until 4 pm. Did I mention we were a group of 8? I'm giving it a 3 starts because most of the food was cold by the time itwas served. I ordered the chicken waffles and it was distasteful, and not as flavorful as it should be especially for $19.00.The fried chicken was not fresh, it was definitely reheated. Highly recommend the coconut tea, this drink was sooo good (nonalcholic). The ambiance was great and it's a great place to hang with a full bar. I'll give it another try, but not in a largegroup.
