Amazing. Birthday Cake BRM New Strawberry Shortcake BRM is so good.

Accidentally put my order for this location and now I remember why I hate this location. Put an order in for orange and grape.... We received our order and no grape was in it (no problem). Went back to show them the receipt and ask for them to just put inthe grape on top. The man took our cup and put cream. I?m lactose intolerant and try to stay away from all dairy. We asked for anew cup with the correct order and the man who seemed extremely bothered by the request made it but took the spoon from the oldorder, scooped out the cream and put it into the new order. Came in an hour before close; more than enough time. The girl taking my order was rushed and rude, we get to the window a... different guy repeats our order and comes back with the wrong ice, (wrong flavor, size, toppings) we let him know that?s not ourorder and they all become visibly bothered and hand me this. If you hate your job so much, find a new one. Read more

Considering how packed it was and only 2 workers I think it was pretty awesome. Yes it did take some time, I personally took 5... kids in and plus the other people there, so it is to be expected. The people were nice and orders were correct. Read more

Great shaved ice, a variety of flavors to choose from. The only thing wrong was when I went on a Friday it was one lone cashier... taking orders, making them and doing the work of 3 or more people! Shout out to that girl, she was awesome..apologies I nevergot her name! Read more

I really like to come here with friends or family. The service is fast but I do feel it could be a little more courteous. Also,... this time one of our friends had to go back and ask for more of the flavor syrup because it was literally only on the outsideand plain on the inside. Other than that, we're happy to be back for the all the delicious menu items. Read more
