Worst Applebees experience I?ve had. I?d rather drive 20 more minutes to another Applebees. The food took over 30 minutes to... receive when it was half empty! Yet my daughters food who only had macncheese with fries took longer. My sisters order waswrong, my daughter had a piece of plastic in her Mac n cheese. My food was salty, and when the server came back with mydaughter?s strawberry yogurt; it was all watery. Manager still had the audacity to ask if she was gonna finish her food with theplastic and watery yogurt before removing it. Just wow!!!!! Read more
I ordered through doordash and they completely forgot an entire dish off my order.. and to top that the steak i ordered was no... where near medium rare it was raw.. 2 stars because at least my shrimp were good .. whole experience was mid.. never again willi order from here.. thankfully doordash refunded me Read more
food is good but they miss the items for to go orders most of the time I ordered. i stopped ordering from them about a year ago... and never sent reviews but called the store to see. Finally after 12 months I ordered again Impossible burger and chickentortilla soup and guess what ...No tortillas and no fries ...no spoon for soup either. We came to this business establishment rather late in the evening possibly before closing time. However they welcomed us with... open arms we were seated. The temperature in the restaurant was decent and doable. We ordered mango smoothies that wereabsolutely delicious. I had chicken quesadillas with extra sour cream and a side of mashed potatoes. My meal was as expected,very simple yet delicious. My partner had chicken glazed macaroni and cheese. The chicken tenders were rather tough and not as Iappealing as the menus presentation. However he took the chicken tenders off and tells not to eat them and enjoy the pastaportion of the meal. No complaints there. We ordered the Double Chocolate Brownie dessert with ice cream. At this time theywere doing a promotion for movie tickets if you spent $50 we did reach a reasonable amount on our receipt to get those 2 movietickets. Read more
Server was very attentive and kind! I didn't like my smoothie and she took it back no questions asked and no charge :-) Vanessa... A was a wonderful server, the manager also greeted us which was nice. I think one from the kitchen even came out to attend tous. Overall great food, great vibe, nice and cozy. To start off with its 12 when we walked in. Got ignored for a minute then after 30 min of waiting they came and took out order... finally. Then came back thirty minutes later saying they were waiting on fries. After that when the food came out. We had zerorefills zero asking if we needed anything else. I ordered to go and the steak was burned. Second time. I ordered it medium well, not charcoal. I got charged extra for tartar... sauce and didn't get it, got an opened disgusting red sauce on the place with the shrimp instead.
