If I didn't have to give a review which I don't I would not but others need to know. This location is dated and not very... welcoming. Our server ( don't want to say names) was very quiet and inexperienced. He only came to check on our table oncewhile we ate. As we seen him more talking to his team and on his phone more then we seen him attending the customer. Mind youthere was two other customers in our section as they were being frequently visited by their server. The other gust next to ourbooth kept complaining on his phone that they have not even come to get his drink order. Not a bad guy just lack of feedback sothat he would be able to do a better job next time. Second the food was not even close to good. We mentioned to the manager andhe offered fresh food but that was not the point as the quality of the food would have not been any different. Not anything badbut we will not return to that location. We were very disappointed by the service. We got sat in the far right side of the restaurant and no one attended to us for... nearly 15 minutes. Then the service continued to go downhill from there. The hostess was literally playing with his teck deckskateboard looking at us and still didn't advise anyone we had been waiting. The manager ended up giving us the drinks for freebut that was the least they could do. Food was good but I don't recommend. Read more
Highly recommend this location! I order carside to go from this location every week. They always get my order 100% correct (even... with all of my family's extra requests and substitutions)! My experience at Applebee's started off with a bad and unexplainable situation. The restaurant had only nine customers. My wife... and I waited for over 10 minutes and no one came to offer any service. The waitress (name "K") who was assigned to our table,stood talking to the bartender and others in the restaurant and never acknowledged our present. As we decided to leave I ask forthe manager. We went here for Veterans Day. Waited about 10 minutes in line then we got a table. We ordered from the special menu and... everything was great. The steak was delicious, service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Then we also received a$5 coupon to use on another visit. Read more
