UPDATE: Maybe fish? Ordered fish n chips. It was unlike any other fish I've ever eaten... It was rubbery instead of flakey. I... couldn't cut it with a fork (vid clip under videos) so reordered only to find the second batch was almost as bad. I finishedwhat i could but I question whether this was really fish. It's been years since I've been to AB's due to bad experiences ...will likely be a few more before I try again. UPDATE: Received an apology letter via reg mail offering better staff trainingbut I'm still not sure what I was served or given an explanation as to it's condition. I was also reimbursed the approximatevalue of the entree in the form of coupons I can use in the area (I live in another city so these are useless). Thanks fortrying AB's. Read more

This was pretty bad, I got the blackened salmon, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The best part was the broccoli, salmon was... burned, (3 other people ordered the same dish and mine was the only burned to a crisp) my mashed potatoes were also ice cold.When I asked to get them warm, the waitress was nice, although the manager was the one who brought them back out and just said,"cold potatoes!??" And put them down, no apology or at least ask if everything else was okay. The plate was so hot, I could tellthey just put it in the microwave. I haven't been here in a long while. I was pleasantly surprised! Food was hot and delicious. Service by Odalys was excellent,... and manager Janet was busting her tail! Today we went to watch the game as soon as the doors opened and the service was amazing. Our server Claudia attended to us... immediately and the food couldn't have been better. They were well prepared at 11am. Highly recommend this Applebee's. Read more

We went today after a long time of not going due to the food. Hopeing it had gotten better but it hasn't!! The waitress was... great and tried to accomate us but you really can't fix aweful food!!! The steaks were terrible. Tough tasteless and not worththe money. The meals actually had to be sent back and recooked and they were still bad. Ended up going to What a Burger!! Wewon't be back!! "Fancy Like" Monday night at Applebee's! Enjoyed the Classic Combo appetizer enough for three of us! Included artichoke Spinach... dip, tostadas, quesadillas, chicken nuggets. and fried cheese sticks. Main entrees were the 2 for 29 Bourbon Street Chicken andShrimp with mashed potatoes, Classic Chicken Alfredo dish with broccoli, two Cesar salads, and one Chicken Tenders platedish. I really wanted to give this a better rating but because the waitresses hair fell in my water I couldn't, she said she was... sorry.
