Would love to give zero stars! I've been eating cheeseburgers for decades and this was absolutely the worst: so cold cheese... wasn't melted, only mustard and catsup with 2 small slices of dill pickle, meat about the size of sausage patty and hard. I wasreally hungry because I had left OKC at 7:00 and had not eaten until noon. .. I took 3 bites and could not eat any more it wasso bad. Staff looked unkempt and not very clean. We got 2 medium ice teas and they had only a few cubes floating on top, had toask for more ice. I will never eat at another McDonalds. Staff wasn't very customer friendly. Management wake up! I know now whythere were only 3 other people eating in there at lunchtime. Read more
I used to work here until recently and it was very bad. No breaks at all schedule changes without notice and we were expected to... serve food that was not even close to health code. Management is a joke there would often be food fights and Management wouldjust allow it to happen. I was repeatedly told that I was to lie about the ice cream machine being safe when I actually boughtit to Management attention that it had black mold in the machine from never being cleaned properly. It was awful, I order a crispy chicken sandwich and it had one slice of pickle on it nothing else and the fries were cold. And... it shows on the menu lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. One little pickle. Hmm yall need to do better. Read more
They asked me if I was a rewards member, I said yes and then...... nothing....... Sat at speaker for 3-5 min then drive around... to the window and couldn't see any workers . Most of the time there is something wrong with this store i.e card machine is down,computer system is down, the ice machine is... broken so no ice for your drinks at all. The lights for the drive through are never on in hopes that less people stop and makethe employees do more work. The vibes the employees give off are lazy and they don't care about the service they provide as longas they get their 24 hour check on Friday. The blonde manager is very rude and short with customers. Not to mention all of theflies inside of the establishment if you can go in and not see hundreds of flies then you might want to buy a lottery ticketbecause you're the luckiest person alive!
