I went in on a hot day of 101°. The poor employees had no air conditioning. Employees said the owner hadn't sent anyone to fix... it. Also the toaster oven didn't work so we couldn't get our sandwiches toasted. They were out of ice tea. Employees were nicebut seems the owner doesn't want to spend on upkeep. Read more

The reason this location was given a ONE star is because of a certain lady that is full of attitude and is rude to her customers... . I did not see a manager to compalin to but this lady is getting away with bad customer service because she did not wore a nametag to begin with. And has very little patience and apparently cannot hear. I usually like to praise restaurants on their sazón(flavor)and service is last on my reviews but this cannot go any further I rather I get bad feedback from other customers andcorrect me, than have another customer get awful to horrible service. So with all this written if you person female medium toheavy weight curled wavy hair. If you are reading this take my advice and adjust your demeanor towards the valuable customersthat keep you employed and yeah lose your attitude. BTW after I asked you for an extra side of banna peppers you forgot to putthem in our bag. The 5 foot long sandwiches we bought and made by attitude girl were satisfactory and nothing more. Walked in to a empty store, took five minutes for employees to acknowledge that someone was actually in the building. Ordered a... sub of the day with 9 grain honey oat and got a ham sandwich on wheat bread. Staff has horrible powers if recall and there?s norestroom for customers. Im a frequent customer at subway i often go for a quick meal and have a great exprerience however, for the past few months my... experieces havent been too great whenever i get served by this girl named Brenda I've noticed that the atmosphere changes in therestaraunt and a sort of bitterness is in the enviornment. This girl named Brenda always has a RUDE attitude that just puts medown and sort of ruins my day. Im a really patient person and i try to be understanding, but it really seems like she hatesworking there! She is very temperamental and overall belittling, she has no patience for ANY of the customers and she?s reallyREALLY SLOW!! How does it take more than 11mimutes doing one sandwhich? She made me late going back to work and i would havetaken longer if i actually stayed to get the sandwhich. As i was leaving two other groups of people left because she was takingso long and it seemed that she knew that she was taking long too, but didn't do anything to hustle. It seems that she alsodampened her co worker?s moods. Overall, I would say the Subway experience with Brenda is negative enough for me to speak outabout it. Awesome customer service! I usually go and either Kevin or Brianna helps me out on making my sandwich . They both know how i... like it and what i want on it. People are unfriendly here. Only this black guy is really cool, very outgoing, asks how are you. I placed an online order, not... only was the manager like "idk what to tell you, I only got one order" but when I did get my order, it was not how I ordered it.Barely lettuce and yellow peppers. My bf went to pick up the sandwiches and it was 2:26 and they told him it wasn't 230 yet andthey would have it ready at 230. I've eaten here before and the girls act like they don't like their jobs.
